Broward sheriff’s deputy hurt in North Lauderdale crash
A Broward County sheriff’s deputy and another person were hurt Wednesday night in a multi-vehicle crash in North Lauderdale, an official said.
The on-duty deputy was in her patrol car waiting at a traffic light when her vehicle was rear-ended by another vehicle about 8 p.m. in the 7700 block of Bailey Road, said Dani Moschella, a sheriff’s spokeswoman.
The impact pushed the patrol car into another vehicle. The deputy and another person were taken to Florida Medical Center with injuries that were not life-threatening.
